Return and Refund

 

Returns:

  • We will happily process returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is not final sale and is returned in its original packaging without damage in new condition.

Conditions:

  • The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • A 20% restock fee will apply
  • Returns must go through our return process, Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s expense
  • Customer will assume the cost of the return shipment and must insured return item(s).
  • For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, If returns are received outside of the 30-day return window, the return will be refused & returned back to the sender.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit.

We do not accept exchanges on custom-made or special order items, These types of sales are Final Sale and are non exchangeable.

Refund:

 
A refund will be issued to your initial payment account within 2 business days, with processing times ranging from 5-7 business days.

     

    Damaged Items:

     
    It is very important you inspect the purchase upon arrival, If you receive an item that is damaged, or defective, you must notify us via email within (2) days of receiving the merchandise on info@kamal-handmade.com all items should be opened and inspected within (2) days of receipt, We will at our discretion repair or replace the item.

     

    Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. 

    Refunds or replacements for damaged items will be considered for up to a maximum of 30 days and to initiate a damage claim please click here.

    Please include the following details that apply to your case in your email:

    1- A photo of the damage to your item(s) and a photo of the shipping box it arrived in. This is for us to evaluate the damage and approve your request.
    2- Your order number with a brief description of the damage. 


    Please keep all boxes and packaging material until your claim is resolved Kamal Handmade will not be held liable for any repackaging fees that will incur due to original packaging being disposed of.

    Restocking Fees:

     
    Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Kamal Handmade error, a restocking fee of 20% will be apply to the purchase price paid less shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales tax, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.



    Cancellation Policy:

     
    • You need to contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of ordering to cancel your order.

    We make every effort to provide high-quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your item(s). However, the display of product colors depends significantly on the user’s computer monitor and we cannot guarantee the level of accuracy achieved on every individual user’s monitor.

    Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting us by e-mail in order to further assist you.
