What is your Production Time?

Our frames & mirrors are made to order. Please allow 2-3 business weeks for production time. Your order will arrive approximately 2-8 business days after orders are processed, and produced, depending on your delivery location. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Items purchased together will not necessarily be shipped together. All ship times are on business days.

Can I cancel or change my order once it is placed?

To cancel an order you must email us within 48 hours of placing your order to process the cancellation. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed and canceled the following business day. Requests to cancel your order can be accepted by email

Do you offer picture frame mats?

We offer frame matting by request, as an add-on to your frame order. Our matboards are Premium 4 Ply Matboards, available in White, Black or Gray. Please message us for a price quote.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Kamal Handmade error, a restocking fee of 20% will be apply to the purchase price paid less shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales tax, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes. Whenever you place an order on our website, your credit card (or other payment) information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a sophisticated technology that encrypts all your private information as it travels over the Internet. Do you offer any discount with corporate or bulk orders?

Yes we do, We offer a discount for corporates and for interior design offices you can get more information's by emailing us. We offer bulk discounts for orders with 5+ items. Please email us for more information.

Do you offer custom colors?

Yes we offer custom colors from our catalog, Please email us to with your requested color.

Do you offer Custom Size Framing?

We offer custom-size framing for most of our frames.

You can contact us with the required size and we pleased to implement it for you.

How do I request for a custom size frame or mirror?

Please contact us for a custom size price quote by clicking on the "Contact Support" button below.Please provide the frame style name, color, and size for a price quote. A customized quote will be e-mailed to you, usually within one business day.

Do you offer custom colors?

Yes we offer custom colors from our catalog, Please email us to with your requested color.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can quickly check the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link located at the top of every page on the site or by clicking here.

You will need your registered email address and password to check your order status. When you place an order at kamal-handmade.com you will receive an order confirmation e-mail immediately that will include your order number and summary. If you do not have your order number please refer to your e-mail confirmation or contact us.

What if my product is back ordered or discontinued?

It is not common for products to be discontinued as all our products are handmade and produced for our customers specially to customer set specifications

What is my picture frame viewable area?

Most of our frames have a standard rabbet width, also known as the frame lip of 1/4", thus the front viewable opening will be slightly smaller. For example, an 8″ × 10″ picture frame is to fit an 8″ × 10″ photo.

Will my item look exactly like the pictures?

Kamal Handmade makes every effort to provide high-quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your order. However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting us in order to further assist you. Please note: We are not responsible for color variations or measurements that are slightly off.

Where do you ship?

We do shipping to most of world countries, Here is the shipping table with prices.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes we do and we use DHL express, FedEx, UPS and others.

How much is Shipping?

Free and paid shipping are available according to the table bellow.

What Carrier will ship my Order?

We use GLS, DPD, PPL, WE|DO ,BALIKOVNA and TOPTRANS for ground shipping.

And for air freight we use DHL Express, FedEx and UPS.

What is your return policy?

If your kamal-handmade.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, Kamal handmade will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date unless the item is marked as final sale. Once the item(s) is received by us, in the original packaging with no damage, in new condition, we will process a refund to your original payment account within 2 business days.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Processing a refund can take up to 5-7 business days.

Can I exchange my order?

Please follow the standard returns procedure to return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement item.
