Shipping & Delivery:

 
We will ship your order using the fastest and safest method, Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.

When your order is shipped, You will receive a message by mail. this mail will contain the tracking number. You can use it to track your package online or by phone with the carrier.
 

Production Time:

 
Our frames & mirrors are made by hand. Please allow 2-3 weeks in business days for standard production time. Your order will arrive approximately 2-8 business days after orders are processed, and produced, depending on your delivery location. 
 

Shipping:

 

We use GLS, DPD, PPL, WE|DO, BALIKOVNA and TOPTRANS for ground shipping. And for air freight we use DHL Express, FedEx and UPS.

Depending on the size & weight of your order, Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Items purchased together will not necessarily be shipped together. All ship times are on business days. 

Holiday Shipping: Due to high shipping volumes nationwide, order delivery may be delayed an extra 1-3 days, depending on shipping method and location.

  

 

Cancellation Policy:

 
To cancel an order you need to call or email us in 24 hours after placing your order to process the cancellation, Any orders placed on weekends will be processed and canceled the following business day, Requests to cancel your order can be accepted by email, please contact us by clicking here

Return and Refund

 

Returns:

• We will happily process returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is not final sale and is returned in its original packaging without damage in new condition.
  

Conditions:

• The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
• A 20% restock fee will apply
• Returns must go through our return process, Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s expense
• Customer will assume the cost of the return shipment and must insured return item(s).
• For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, If returns are received outside of the 30-day return window, the return will be refused & returned back to the sender.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit.

We do not accept exchanges on custom-made or special order items, These types of sales are Final Sale and are non exchangeable.

Refund:

 
A refund will be issued to your initial payment account within 2 business days, with processing times ranging from 5-7 business days.

 

Damaged Items:

 
It is very important you inspect the purchase upon arrival, If you receive an item that is damaged, or defective, you must notify us via email within (2) days of receiving the merchandise on info@kamal-handmade.com all items should be opened and inspected within (2) days of receipt, We will at our discretion repair or replace the item.

 

Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. 

Refunds or replacements for damaged items will be considered for up to a maximum of 30 days and to initiate a damage claim please click here.

Please include the following details that apply to your case in your email:

1- A photo of the damage to your item(s) and a photo of the shipping box it arrived in. This is for us to evaluate the damage and approve your request.
2- Your order number with a brief description of the damage. 

Please keep all boxes and packaging material until your claim is resolved Kamal Handmade will not be held liable for any repackaging fees that will incur due to original packaging being disposed of.

Restocking Fees:

 
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Kamal Handmade error, a restocking fee of 20% will be apply to the purchase price paid less shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales tax, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.
